Multi-signal discovery
There is no universal API for “list my AI agents.” Neoterum combines GitHub fingerprints, AWS workload metadata, and Entra OAuth apps into explainable agent candidates — with evidence you can audit.
Entity resolution
A repo, a Lambda, and an OAuth app often describe the same agent. We merge when two or more keys agree (normalized name, repo tag, owner email, client ID) and keep ambiguous matches split with a “Possible match” link.
AI identity
Claim an agent, assign an owner, and issue a persistent AGT- identity. Agents should not run forever on shared API keys and employee credentials.
What we don’t do (yet)
No network sensors, no endpoint agents, no prompt inspection, and no runtime allow/deny proxy. Those are later phases — after discovery proves its value.
